Can you offer sample to confirm order? Is it free?
Yes, the standard sample is free. We usually send sample by DHL, TNT, Fedex etc to oversea for customer with freight collected. But the express fee will be paid by your side and we will give back to you when you place the order.
Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are the manufacturer and have import and export license. Our factory has obtained ISO9001 certification, and is able to independently research, customize, produce, sell all kinds of acoustic panel and provide international trading services.
What is your delivery time ?
Generally, 10-20 days after confirmation of your deposit payment.Specific time depends on order items and order quantity.
Can you manufacture products according to sample ?
Yes, we can produce by your sample or technical drawing.We have R&D team, we can also help to develop new molds and texture.
What is your payment term ?
30% deposit in advance, 70% before shipping.We will show you photos and packages before you pay the balance.
How to deal with the damaged goods after receiving the shipment?
Our sales colleagues not just follow to order and also the service after receiving the shipment, they understand the situation and position what’s to client clearly and properly to give feedback by action right away.
